We work together side by side to bring your vision to life (and on budget)! This package includes everything in the Partial Planning & Month of Coordination Packages and can start as early as 18-24 months out.


  • Custom Centralized Planning Tracker using Trello + Google Sheets

  • Biweekly planning calls (video) with preset agenda + shared meeting notes (pre-scheduled holiday and vacation weeks excluded)

  • Additional planning calls as needed scheduled using OneCal link

  • Unlimited texts and emails with guaranteed 72-96 hour response time

  • Customized Budget & Vendor Payments Tracker Sheet

  • Vendor Matching, contract oversight and vendor management - Unlimited (See FAQ for process & rationale)

  • Multiple venue walkthroughs to finalize decor, flow, rentals and other details (upto a maximum of 6)

  • Design assistance and insights - helping design physical spaces with floral and decor vendors as well as assistance designing invites,paper materials, and other event content

  • Assistance with managing wedding website and RSVP Tracking

  • Creation and maintenance of floor plan(s)

  • Creation of detailed run of show and timelines

PARTIAL PLANNING PACKAGE (Package starts at $6,500 for 2026 & 2027)

You are already planning your wedding and have signed contracts with the venue and key vendors but could use help on certain other aspects + month of coordination.

I help take away the stressful aspects and together we get this party to the finish line!

Services begin between 6-10 months out.


  • Initial kickoff call to synch up on where you are in the planning phase and creating and maintaining a detailed timeline for remaining tasks

  • Biweekly planning calls (video) with preset agenda + shared meeting notes (pre-scheduled holiday and vacation weeks excluded)

  • Additional planning calls as needed scheduled using OneCal link

  • Unlimited texts and emails with guaranteed 72-96 hour response time

  • Vendor Matching, contract oversight and vendor management - Upto 4 additional vendors max (See FAQ for process & rationale)

  • Multiple venue walkthroughs to finalize decor, flow, rentals and other details (upto a maximum of 3)

  • Assistance with design and ideation on DIY decor items including paper materials

  • Creation and maintenance of floor plan(s)

  • Creation of detailed run of show and timelines

  • Everything included in month of coordination package including

    • Creation and sharing of final timeline, floor plan and seating chart with all vendors

MONTH-OF COORDINATION PACKAGE (Package starts at $3,500 for 2026 & $3,900 for 2027)

You are a planner extraordinaire and have already picked your venue, theme and all your vendors. Now is the time to relax and hand over all of the list-making, vendor emailing and spreadsheet-editing to me!

Services start between 45-60 days out.


  • Hour long kickoff call scheduled after signing to get coordinator help on being coordination ready two months out

  • Monthly email checkins from initial signing to 60 days out

  • Biweekly planning calls (video) with preset agenda + shared meeting notes (pre-scheduled holiday and vacation weeks excluded) starting 60 days out

  • Unlimited texts and emails with guaranteed 72-96 hour response time

  • In-person venue walkthrough to finalize decor, flow, and other details

  • Creation and maintenance of floor plan(s)

  • Creation of detailed run of show and detailed timelines to be shared with venue vendors latest two weeks out

  • Vendor coordination & management (vendor meals, COIs, contact info)

  • On event day

    • Planner on site from first call time to final breakdown (upto 14 hours) with the help of at least one assistant

    • Point person on the day of for venue, vendors and guests

    • Style & setup all DIY decor items

    • Keeping the entire day running smoothly and on time & troubleshooting any day of issues

    • Ensuring guests know where to go and are aware of scheduled events

    • Managing shuttle or other transportation provided to the guests

    • Oversee unloading and packing up of rentals if any

    • Oversee disposal of all trash and recycling by appropriate vendors

    • Secure safekeeping of gifts, cards and all personal items to be returned to couple or designated person at the end of the night

    • Distribution of gratuity & tips to vendors
